Trailer was dirty from snow and ice built up. Unfortunately it didn't have a trailer jack so had to lift from the ground. The inside panels were broken for securing items .

Considering I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get trailer. Nothing can improve. I had reserved a trailer at time had 5 choices 3 of which in hometown, 2 days to pickup called to say unavailable. The running lights on trailer non functional
