I had a 10:30 am the person was not there. I had to call the 1800 and they said he went for a cup of coffee. I did not receive the rental until 11:46 am.

Kimberly BI don't know what I can say about the next customer but what I can say as for me that. I didn't understand how I reserved the vehicle online and totalled to a price. Then I get to counter there was totally different price. Other than that vehicle operated excellent.
