The driver way is really muddy the cheapest driveway you can do are rocks for like 200 bucks just my opinion

No one would answer the phone. No one at the facility to help. Hard to enter the drop off lot with a big tree in the way.
Dominique WUpon taking pictures before leaving the lot. The app was buffering. So I had to take my own pictures. So maybe tweaking it might help. And I didn't feel safe in that location even though it was daytime.
Janet JIt is an auto shop with no signage. We had a hard time figuring out where to go and where to park the truck. The guy there didn’t speak English. We finally found the key drop off box.
Sara SWhen I got there there was no one there no one told me one time the place open up also the gates were they keep the trucks is damaged I did not get any assistance no one was there my whole experience was ruined I am never making reservations to U-Haul again
