Jeannette WNo one was there for service for well over 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, and while the man did apologize, he was very rude initially. Not only was the service poor, but the equipment was lacking. There were external damages to the truck and the brakes would randomly lock when engaged causing a hard stop. The location overall was poor. When it came time to pay, there was no card reader and they do not accept multiple forms of payment which lead me to have to use a card I didn’t want to charge upon checkout.
