The drop-off location their was no one there but plenty of servallince cameras. I dropped the truck off 2 days early. No where in your contract does it say that the renters will not be compensated for early drop off. I paid for 5 days and only used it for 3. There is servallince proof that I dropped it early. People are just to lazy to look at them. U-haul will not tell you that you won't get compensated for early drop off up front. They only tell you after you drop off the rental and you ask them about it. I will not recommend U-haul any more to anyone. I even participated in load share. They don't reimburse you in 3 to 5 business days. It has been 6 business days and still no money in my account. When I contact someone I get we processed it and it should be on its way in 3 to 5 business days. The support and fixing this problem is not there. I will never use U-haul again.
