Very dark, but thankfully an easy parking space which was not available at my original drop off location. App drop-off so no major comments or complaints.
RYAN WThey did not check in my truck when I arrived. The next day U-Haul called me wondering where the truck was. I suggested they call the Auburn location and ask why they didn't check it in the day before. Then they charged me for 2 extra days rental

Scott BIt was a very small gas station and convenience store. The young lady did her perfunctory work to get me signed in on her lap top. She had to do the entire process 2 times because the first one didn't go through. And the 2nd time she had the wrong rate so I had to call central office to get the original rate again for the second sign in. She never explained the total mileage that would be covered by this 1-,way drop off and the Hyannis location wanted to charge me for extra miles. I called central and they will arrange a refund after they rectify it from the Auburn store.
