One of the headlights was out.
KRISTEN JPick up was delayed as there was never a truck assigned for self pick up
ROBERT RVery dark, but thankfully an easy parking space which was not available at my original drop off location. App drop-off so no major comments or complaints.
RYAN WThey did not check in my truck when I arrived. The next day U-Haul called me wondering where the truck was. I suggested they call the Auburn location and ask why they didn't check it in the day before. Then they charged me for 2 extra days rental
