Brie, at Foundation Storage was the only bright spot in this process. After U-Haul screwed up my reservation of a truck, again, Brie was able to get it worked out. I reserved a box truck weeks ago. The day I was to pick it up, U-Haul called me and said we don't have your truck your reserved at that location, but you can go to a location up north and get one. I was going south with the truck. Why would I go farther north to get one. U-Haul did the exact same thing to me last year. Brie stepped up and got me what I needed....U-Haul needs to work on their system, when they can't deliver a truck that was reserved weeks before...
