The online procedure, I thought, was intended to expedite the process of getting a truck. This one took a Jurassic age to complete. I was supposed to collect the truck at 9am. I arrived at the pick-up spot on time but didn't get the key till 9:50am. At least the clerk on the phone was kind.
Ryan oMy whole experience with renting the truck was a nightmare. Whoever booked it at this location made this process long, drawn out and miserable. The vehicle also was not clean, there is a message about tire pressure and something else.
