I think your agent is really bad! She changed my order and charged me for insurance and said it would take her 15 minutes t change the order bacj the way i booked it. I called as soon as i got to my move location to have it removed and it was not!

The person processing my rental had no idea how to work the U-Haul system. I had to help him type in basic information like address, DOB, etc. He also made me read my credit card information out loud because "he had trouble seeing". If that's the case, he needs to get a card swipe that will fill in necessary information for him. At the time, no one else was in the shop. But had someone else been there they would've had access to my sensitive information due to having to say everything out loud and having a computer facing the waiting room that displayed what he was typing. He didn't know how to work the system. I had done the rental online ahead of time and requested a dozen pads. He only gave me 6 but he didn't charge me at all for them (per the lady that I returned the uhaul with). There was also trash left in the U-Haul (either from the previous renter or whoever moved the truck). He also tried to rush me through the inspection, when I pointed out a big dent that had not been marked by the company he said they knew about it but he wasn't responsible for marking it. I did write it on my ticket, but he did try to talk me out of it (since he was already "aware" of it). The U-Haul itself was in good condition. The pick up process was not efficient and easy though.

The gentlemen who checked me out at the pick up location had no idea what he was doing as far as doing the checkout process. He was alone and tried to call his boss and got no awnser. The business was filthy dirty. He gave me $5.00 and said the truck would need a quart of oil. It had 3/4 of a tank of fuel but I noticed he marked a full tank on the inspection sheet when I turned it in. Not a pleasant experience. Next time I'll look some where else.
