The truck was present at the provided address and the instructions were easy to follow. This made the renting process extremely efficient . The only feedback I would provide would be to let people know the pick up is at a gas station ( unless I missed that in the instructions). Otherwise , no issues at all .

I am use to the more traditional in person customer service . I was unaware that the pick up process was going to be app based. However I was able to use the app successfully, I just wish the requirements had been communicate more clearly.
Desmond KIt’s a fricken BP Gas Station with no big U-Haul sign. It felt strange leaving UHaul there and handing the key to the convenience store cashier who didn’t speak good English. He don’t even know what to do with key. You guys need to have a standard for these mom and pop locations to follow…
