The equipment was not clean. Mud was all over the truck, the windshield was dirty. There was damaged along driver side skirt, in front of the rear wheel. There was trash behind the passenger seat ( a beer can, water bottle, hand, lotion, napkins ). This was a one way rental and it seemed as if I got struck with a funky truck. As hometown solutions was not keeping the truck. Functionally and mechanically the truck worked just fine.

SHIRLEY RThe wire for the lights looked like it was chewed up or damaged somehow. Luckily we had our own so it wasn’t a problem. The outside of the U-Haul was very dirty, inside was pretty clean though.
