Make it clear whether to drop the trailer off inside the gate or outside the gate. I dropped it off outside the gate because it was chained closed with a d-link carabiner and there were 2 other trailers outside the gate before I got there. I was unsure whether I could open the gate since it wasn't locked with a lock but also didn't want to break into anything. Either way, the return experience was quick and easy! Thank you!

Michael SThe truck needs some maintenance. It looked good but there were problems changing gears.
Annette GMost of the twelve padding blankets I rented were not folded or in bags. There was one bag that had two blankets in it but the rest were just thrown in a heap. I folded them all neatly when returning the trailer.
