The only marketing strategy that they have is, you can keep the truck for 24 hours for just $20 but they charged me $46 for just 9 miles of driving. Horrible. I understand the mile charge of .99c / mile but I returned the truck within the first 2 hours and only drove it for 9 miles and still got charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I verified the gauge was exactly at the same half tank spot. This is not fair for U haul to charge me this unfair charge.
