Get someone who knows what a goddamned ramp is. The person we dealt with couldnt even confirm the reservation let alone whether the truck had a ramp. They were rude, discourteous, cursed, and should never ever be used to contract uhauls. Incompetence. They barely spoke any english and were assholes. Fuck that place
