If I could give the Uhaul a roadside assistance a score of 1-10 I'd give them a 20! Everyone that I spoke to was amazing. They have a high level of professionalism, expertise, patience, and compassion. They have a team that is very quick to respond. I had to bring my rental into the repair facility and they were quick and AMAZING Unfortunately, I got a Lemon. This was a new UHAUL vehicle and we had some mechanical issues...ending in my rental having to be towed away. This is by NO means a reflection of this facility or UHAUL more on the manufacturer. Here's what I can say! This facility was very easy to rent from, BUY THE INSURANCE! (it's worth it!). Please note -- I could have given them a 1 star due to the equipment experience, but due to the overall experience I'm giving them a 5 star.
