I never received my rented equipment (rolling dolly). The Uhaul employee left before I arrived at my time slot. I had to work with another person who didn't know UHaul systems (non-employee). Very unprofessional and a waste of money.
Marc RThey charge excessive surcharges. I paid $18 to fill up the tank, returned the truck at 8 am, and they didn't update the meter until 9 am to charge me extra fees and make more money. I paid $120 for 4 hours, which is way too expensive for a dirty, small truck. I have photos and proof of everything. They act in bad faith.
