Vehicle did the job but was pretty beat up on inside. Location is in busy gas station, rep did not speak much English, so could not discuss fuel issue. Used vehicle for 8 miles. Gas tank was not full when we picked up. Upon return pur more gas in it. Got charged for not retiring with full tank.

I ordered a floor dolly but did not receive one, the gas station attendant was no help. I couldn't take it off the order after returning either. very frustrating

CARLOS ADidn’t like how the man working the register didn’t have a card reader and had to MANUALLY ENTER my card number on his personal laptop.once I got to the trailer the man said he never installed a trailer like the one I rented and it was his first time,when asked “is this thing that says it must be down actually all the way down” he replied “I don’t know” very uncomfortable towing experience
RICARDO CIf I could give the Uhaul a roadside assistance a score of 1-10 I'd give them a 20! Everyone that I spoke to was amazing. They have a high level of professionalism, expertise, patience, and compassion. They have a team that is very quick to respond. I had to bring my rental into the repair facility and they were quick and AMAZING Unfortunately, I got a Lemon. This was a new UHAUL vehicle and we had some mechanical issues...ending in my rental having to be towed away. This is by NO means a reflection of this facility or UHAUL more on the manufacturer. Here's what I can say! This facility was very easy to rent from, BUY THE INSURANCE! (it's worth it!). Please note -- I could have given them a 1 star due to the equipment experience, but due to the overall experience I'm giving them a 5 star.
