Called to change my pickup time and person who answered the phone didn't understand or speak English. When I got to the pickup store the lady helping us did not know how to check us in and we had to wait for her husband to get there to finish our pickup paperwork. Took almost an hour to complete paperwork. Both the lady and her husband were very nice though!

Ernesto MCustomer service at this location is excellent! My U-HAUL reservation was messed up. The gentleman got to his store early and was happy to help us out. We reserved a 20', but he only had a 15'. U-Haul app checkout didn't work. Because the app wouldn't recognize the correct address and when trying to manually locate the location it wasn't listed on the map. My problems here were with uhaul and the digital experience. The store was great and employee was super nice and helpful.
