After applying online I still had to wait for more than an hour at the pickup point. I ended up paying the guys that helped me move more and it started raining while we were moving

Lynette VFirst, you can start off if you're sending me to an address.Someone should be at the address.Everything should be better explained , especially if I call and someone answers the phone representing Uhaul, they should have the answers. Secondly it was almost impossible to get the key out of the lock box. It took very, very, very long time to get it out. I tried my friend tried a stranger, tried a young man out of the store. Tried a young lady out of the store tried lastly, and she was finally able to get it open doing the same exact thing that everyone else did. It was too much. Y'all sure did take my money fast enough, though.
Maryam BThe business is not notated from the outside as a U-Haul dealer. No outside sign, no dropbox, nothing. I had to go in the grocery store to ask, and it is not called Ms Multi Services that I could see. The representative also falsely charged me for fuel, which I made sure was well above the original amount. I emailed the AFM about this and hope for a refund back of that amount. I worked at a corporate U-Haul store for 6 years so I know how the process works.
