One of the worst experiences for me, I arrived at the place at 2:30 p.m. the time the platform was supposed to be picked up. Unfortunately they don't accept cash. I spoke to the manager and told him I would make a deposit and I’ll be back so I could pay. I went and returned to the store at 2:50 p.m. While I was in the Store trying to make a deposit, a U-Haul girl called me and asked me what time I was going to arrive. I explained that I was there but that I only had cash. She very rudely told me that I should be there and that I should give her the exact time because otherwise she was going to cancel the service. She didn't let me talk, hung up on me, and rescheduled. For this, I had an appointment at 3:00 PM to pick up the car that was going to go on the platform and I missed it because of all the time they made me waste, I arrived at the store with the money already deposited, ready to pay by card and the guy made at least 10 payment attempts, they told me that the card didn't work and many excuses, so I missed my appointment to pick up the car and I wasted a lot of time, an hour and a half of waiting to be able to "pay" and it is not a secure payment method since you have to give your card number and personal information millions of times on the phone

MONICA PThe location was locked a closed, despite having a blinking "open" sign on in the window. Never saw anyone, just left the trailer there hoping that Uhaul would believe me when I said I dropped it off.
Brandy DThe lady who was in charge had a bad attitude from the start. Every question I asked seemed to irritate her. Very unprofessional environment overall. When I arrived she had what looked like her kids checking me in as she was on FaceTime advising them & they were unsure of what to do. They also had a dog walking around on no leash that randomly licked me or bumped into me as I was discussing the rental w/ her.
Olawale BMy issue is not with the location at all, but with uhaul itself. I received a uhaul with the check engine light on after spending 2 hours on the phone with support trying to get the keys to the truck in the first place, because the app and website were malfunctioning. While on the phone with support, the man was really dismissive and didn't listen to what I was trying to explain, spoke over me, and talked down to me. Not an easy experience at all and it reminded me of why we said last time we moved that we weren't using uhaul again.
