Cabin interior needed to be wiped down with sanitary wipes; otherwise things were okay. Main reasons for my answers are due to original location I attempted to pickup at 3969 Cameron Park Drive, Cameron Park and I was not able to pickup the truck I reserved because the code the the key lock box was not available. This required me to pickup at JM Mobile location which caused me to exceed the mileage limit and spend additional money on fuel which made my rental an additional $30. Not to mention wasting about two hours of my day.

I thought 24hrs was enough time. I needed the truck for another 24hrs. Not a problem using the U-Haul app. Worked like a charm. I was able to return the truck at 2am . Thank you

Daniel SCheck in took way too long because they’re asking me same questions that I already completed when I made the reservation. It also took long because associate made a typo regarding my drivers license information so when he tried to finish checking me in it kept timing out, but it didn’t tell him why. The gentleman was friendly and professional, but as I said check-in took too long - vehicle was fine returning the vehicle was a good process. Wish you would rent these trucks with a full tank like rental car agencies do. It’s hard to know how much gas to put in to get it back to where it was when you picked it up which usually results in a bank error in your favor.
