Depends on location but it was really hard to tell where to pick up keys, where the truck was. Etc.

Thomas BI wish they would have mentioned that the lock boxes were on the side of building or in front of the building would have saved me 20 minutes with a hurt ankle.
Aquanetta RDo not EVER use this location !! I dropped my van off here and there was 1 man there who spoke no English . There was a salesperson that just happened to be there to translate for the man and he said just leave van there ! Thank goodness the translater helped me because I had no idea what to do and this was a very bad part of town . Being a woman I did not feel safe and it was 9am. The man who could speak English told me the guy who normally did the Uhaul stuff came in late in the day so very ridiculous customer service!! Repeat do not use period!!
