Your agent was friendly and easy to work with. He was able to adjust (increase) the mileage allowance, due to UHaul shift in pick up location in Holyoke. I was worried from earlier interactions (phone and Holyoke location) that an agent would not be able to cut into the computer system. Thank you.

When I pulled in the owner told me I was in the wrong place. Then I called U-Haul and they confirmed that I was not. He tried to get me to drive to another location 30 minutes away after already driving across all Massachusetts to get there. He said he didn't want anymore U-Haul trucks on his lot.
