I tried to drop off the trailer when the facility was closed using the U-Haul app. It was very slow and cumbersome and refuse to accept the 5 pictures that I took and was not able to complete the process. This after hours process needs to be streamlined and easier to use. It will cost me another trip to town 12 miles away to complete the return properly.
