The truck was JUNK! The air condition stopped working on a day that was over 95. the gear sifter was so loose that you didn't know what gear the truck was in. The back of the truck had broken glass that I had to clean out. Not a good experience at all.

Called secondary # to say I did not drop off key...did not check lock box...charged $5 for not folding moving pads I thought might be nice to return...did not pick up any calls to try to get situation resolved

The service rep was really rude. He kept insisting he knew best about drop off. I had chose one based on local road construction etc and he insisted he knew better by looking on the map. Given I was returning my truck in my home town and was more familiar with the roads I did not like his attitude. Otherwise the location was fine, had good hours and the truck was ready and waiting for me

Truck was dirty when I picked it up and uhaul changed my pickup location without my permission but I had to take it cause I needed to get my things moved but not very pleased with uhaul at all

While we were completing the dropoff process there was a man there parked at the entrance talking on his phone & standing around. We didn't see him do anything negative, but when we left he was still there. If the business or the trucks suffered any damage on Sunday from someone it may have been him. We have his license plate info & a description of him and his vehicle if needed.

PLEASE tell them to check all area's where they expect a return receipt and key. I kept getting emails to pick up my rental, when I had already returned it. Josh had my stress level off the charts!! He told me that I probably locked the keys in the truck and he would have to get a locksmith. I had returned the rental in less than 12 hours and put everything in proper box. I drove back over there to speak with him on this matter. I told him the truck that was there was not mine. He said my truck was still out and no paper work was in the box. I was ready to call the police. He acted as if I was the idiot. He said he would have to call his field agent. Why did he not do that when I called and told him I returned it. He was rude and said there was nothing he could do about it. Social media is a great thing and you can bet I will take it all the way, not to deal with this place. Not happy at all. However, the truck was perfect!

The staff (I forget the gentleman's name) was very helpful & kept me informed with my rental. He called to let me know that my truck hadn't returned yet & he kept calling to keep updated. Which I really appreciated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The "gentleman" at the counter on Fri April 27th at 4:00p.m. was one of the rudest people my husband and I have had to deal with. He became angry that I wasn't sure of the mileage between the locations from and to and then literally threw his paperwork up into the air and announced he" didn't have to be treated this way" and threatened to NOT complete the reservation when I told him the charge for the furniture pads was not what I had been quoted by UHaul customer service. I was NOT rude. I simply told him there was a discrepancy. Obviously, the guy does not like being questioned and takes any questioning (I was not accusatory-you are welcome to confirm this comment section with my spouse) very VERY personally. He really became unglued. We will not recommend this location to anyone.

The truck did not handle very well. It seemed to be out of alignment and continued to get worse. Driving it was uncomfortable because you had to sit sideways in the seat to steer it. I informed the gentleman at Old Bob's and he apologized and said he would have it looked at as "that doesn't seem safe". Did not offer to refund money. I understand he was probably not aware of the condition of the truck before it went out but U-Haul needs to keep better maintenance on the trucks. There was also trash from the previous person left in the cab of the truck.
