Cherylann OBe more honest about your fees! You advertise 19$ on the sides of your vehicles but yet charge tripple that amount just for short distance not including gas. What a ripp off!
Karl CWhen I went to pick up the u-haul, the front windshield was completely covered thick ice and I was not able to see. The U-Haul was also not shoveled out from the snow. There were no employees present and I had to struggle to break the ice with my hand so that I can see out of the front windshield and drive. It was completely unacceptable and I have a terrible experience.
