Not customer friendly. Not in good area yet was told “I am walking to open the gate now, but we have a drop off box on the gate”. I am not leaving a trailer for someone to hook up and steal on the outside of the gate in that area. Not convenient hours for drop offs like this and having the gate closed. Pretty rude to customers

It was a repare shop on a dirt lot. No body around to help with where to park. Unorganized cars parked in various states of repair. Returned vehicle on the 28th but received e mail receipt saying it was returned 29th
