U-Haul needs to do better to ensure we can pick up and drop off in our own city and not have to go to another city to get the U-Haul. On the way back home from picking up the moving truck, we noticed Yarrow had many trucks but that location, which was closer to us, wasn't offered! Moving days are long and hard and going to another city for pickup and drop off, is unacceptable.
CJ Jno one was in the office when i arrived to pick up. i had to wait 40 minutes before anyone showeed up. i was not informed that there was a milage limit. at no point in time was i told that a one way rental had a milage limit. whoever heard of such a thing on a one way rental?
