Our original location was supposed to be Cairo Glass & Paint in Cairo, GA but then we were switched to DCCI in Thomasville, GA. The morning of our move, 07/12/25, I was notified by text at 7:30A that our reserved truck had "not been returned," only to find out from DCCI, opened at 9A, that our reserved truck had been "pulled for repairs" earlier in the week, or perhaps the prior week. Either way somebody screwed up, whether it was UHaul of Southwest GA or DCCI. I stopped by, in person, DCCI on Tuesday before the move to confirm they had my reservation and check out location. All was good on Tuesday. We got into a bit of an heated exchange with DCCI. But Nicole with UHaul Southwest GA, regional agent, helped us locate a truck at Hall's in Bainbridge, GA. Everything went smoothly for a last-minute switch to them. We highly recommend Hall's Mini Warehouses location. THANK YOU!!
