Nothing, trailer is in great condition and pulls very well! Friendly customer service representatives and courteous and informative dealer, about pickup instructions, insurance, and so forth. Overall was a great experience , and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks U-HAUL

There wasn't an office and it wasn't clear as to whether or not this was a drop off for Uhaul even though there were Uhaul trucks and trailers.
DIANN RI didn’t go over 20 miles and I was charged for 75 miles. The booking said 71$. I also didn’t get the dolly I paid for. I wasn’t reimbursed for the mileage or the dolly.
