You can’t get anyone on the phone at all. I turned it on Monday the 18th, tried to call them and tried to check in online and couldn’t. Sent text messages to a number that had contact me regarding rental on Sunday when I picked up and got no response at all!! Told representative when I got the truck I more than likely would be turning it in on Monday and she plainly said then you won’t be charged for that day!! I was charged anyway! Front left head light on uhaul was coming out of truck as you drive down the road. Every time we stopped I had to push it back into place. Actual head light was also filled completely with water and didn’t work so I’m glad we didn’t need to drive at night. I’ve tried to call to resolve billing mistake and still haven’t gotten a call back yet. So at this point I got a truck that was falling apart and got charged for an additional day I didn’t even have the truck!!

They tried to give us a smaller truck at the time of pickup, and when that wouldn't work, they gave us a truck somebody had just returned with an empty gas tank. While we did appreciate them adjusting our price for fuel, we still had to put more gas than the cost of the adjustment allowed to get to where we needed to go. Also, the representative only wanted to communicate with me through text, which I feel is very unprofessional, especially when we had reserved the truck we needed with enough of a notice and had already received a confirmation email stating the specific size truck requested would be ready and available to us at the time of pickup.
Rachael BThis rental location is unmaned. The bill stated charges which are unreasonable and obnoxious. The fuel gage upon pick up showed 1/4+ of fuel. I drove a total of 12 miles. The fuel gage was still at 1/4 The bill I received showed 1/8 tank of fuel and charges totaling 68.50 in fuel charges. I do not appreciate dishonest treatment and charges. I expect an honest review of this bill, along with justification for the rip off.
