New location unable to find key drop box. Need to mark truck parking. When called location never got a real person. Need to take care of things before opening.
Cathryn REverytime we have been to this place to drop off, the parking lot is even clean. The office smells like lemon cleaner and the cat is so sweet. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Darren CTook 5hrs to even get the truck off the lot. The lady at the front desk was generally helpful, but the location wasn’t even open when we arrived at our stated pickup time. Truck was dirty and wouldn’t start when we tried picking it up. Had to wait hours for a mechanic to come out and fix it, as there was apparently no other available truck, which threw our entire day out the window. How no one bothered to try starting this truck before leasing it to another customer is beyond me. The mechanic was efficient and the truck ran okay after he was out. No discount was offered for this monumental waste of time.
