Very bad area of town and very dangerous/ high traffic area to back into a small driveway. Had to block traffic both ways for a couple minutes to be able to back in. Manager saw me pull up but nobody offered help backing in or telling me where to go. The manager was in the very back corner of a dark garage. Very unsafe situation. I will not return.

Jason CThe location was far from ideal. Initially looked abandoned with a locked gate (Uhaul vehicles were present). The one person there had no idea about the uhaul service and it was his son who managed that but was not present. He was called and said everything's done on the app which I was not aware of until then. I could see other people not being so diligent and becoming more frustrated than I was.
Jason CThe guy was super friendly and helpful. He even espied past closing time for me to pick up the truck. Great experience
