There was visible damage on tow dolly when I picked it up. The technician could not give me installation instructions (may have been a language barrier). The wheel straps and chains were not secured by the technician before I left the lot.

They never cleared the equipment and ended up receiving a phone call from U-Haul about over due equipment, again not a U-Haul place just some other business that don’t have any idea about U-Haul customer service and processing the equipment…..
DAIRIC SThe equipment had ripped tire straps and faulty lighting for the trailer. Three hours before I left the state of California, U-Haul had to send a tow truck to replace the unsafe straps.

JESUS GWeed patch is a store front. I asked 3 people about the uhall before actually reaching someone who could point me in the right direction and the service was very slow.
