Do not assume everyone has a smart phone to check the condition of the vehicle that is being rented. I was very happy with the gentleman running the location I rented from. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions I had. The location was very convenient, and the vehicle was clean and well maintained. I found this rental to be a completely enjoyable experience.
