I used the self check out option and it was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. It was way too time consuming. I feel once the reservation is made, it should be an option to submit verification before going to pick up. The location was not well light also the lock box lock was so complicated and non working. Just need to improve big time. This was my first and last time using U-Haul.
