I was very happy with this u haul location. Everything went very smooth. The Lady was very knowledgeable and friendly which made my experience great. I hate to say that in a month or so I WILL BE BACK TO MOVE TO A NEW LOCATION...Thank You U Haul

This location was fine and girl was helpful. Issue ran into was with reservation.Reseved at Old Town Maine location got confirm call morning before around 8-8:30 am 3-4 hour later get message rest now moved 35-40 miles out of my way. Then called and spoke with Main U-Haul.com # and able to find truck in town 10 miles away way extremely confusing.

Clean vehicles and fill with gas and have truck requested. This was not my requested pick up spot. I went to my requested spot after call saying it was in a different area. They said they would take care of it and to pick up at first requested location and they would have my truck. When I went there they said I would have to pick up at the other location and it was a 15 ft truck not a 10 ft as requested. This delay made me late for dripping of a rental car and cost an extra day. Not happy.

The pick up and drop off locations we're changed from those identified in the registration with minimal or no notification. This is unprofessional and creates hardship.

The drop off facility is not named Cedarjack! That name was not visible anywhere once I located the facility. The only indication that this is a U-Haul facility is a small sign barely visible from the street that one doesn't notice until they're in the parking lot. The street number is also NOT visible from the street at all! i had to use Google Maps on my smart phone to locate this facility. I pity the person who doesn't have a smart phone. How would they ever find this place after hours?! No one was available to check me in so I had to do an online drop off which was hideously cumbersome. In one step of the process, I had to upload photos of the inside of the cab, the inside of the back of the truck, the odometer reading, the gas gauge reading, and even a photo of where the truck was in relation to the other vehicles in the parking lot. Here again, what would a person without a smart phone do?! Based on the furniture pads that I paid for and never received at the pick up site, the disguised checkout location, and the complex and time consuming after hours checkout process, I would DEFINITELY NOT choose to rent from U-Haul in the future!

I called the call center and rented a U-Haul twice and both times the call center assigned me to the wrong location but the people at the location made it work so I was able to rent the U-Haul

When I made the booking for a rental over the phone, I was asked did I require insurance (I think called Safemove) and I said no. I am covered for ALL vehicle rentals by my credit card company and my car insurance provider (including U-Haul vans and trucks of any size). When I picked up the van I was in a hurry to get to a store to pick up my furniture, and I didn't have time to check the invoice to see that I was being charged an extra $14.00 for insurance that I did not require. It was only after I returned it after traveling 1 mile, that I was charged this extra coverage. The store was since closed. I have rented from U-Haul before at the airport and I was always asked about insurance, and I always had my wishes followed. This time it was not, and as a result, I will not be renting from this location again. Gerald
