The man & woman couple who assisted me with my rental were very rude. The man Ryan I believe was okay but his mate was inpatient, rudely cranky and very sarcastic.

thomas AUhaul corporate has serious operational failures! The dealers are being put through so much due to the poor communications from home office. This causes customers to not be served fairly and then frustrated customers take it out on dealers. M-43, Bangor was not even recommended by corporate yet M-43 had the best inventory and service!
