Uhaul corporate has serious operational failures! The dealers are being put through so much due to the poor communications from home office. This causes customers to not be served fairly and then frustrated customers take it out on dealers. M-43, Bangor was not even recommended by corporate yet M-43 had the best inventory and service!

Great couple, they were super friendly and helpful.
TIMOTHY PI have rented from this location several times; I like the location, I like the owners/mangers.....but, this time the unit was not connected properly, and the trailer came off the hitch as I was driving through town. I had to stop in traffic in teh middle of the road and hook the trailer up correctly. This activity stressed by back and I am still in pain over this. I am not sure I will another Uhaul or from this location. Call me if you want more details.
DAVID STrailer drop off was quick and easy. No problem returning the trailer and had help unhooking from my truck.
Scott PLights on first trailer did not work (trailer issue). This delayed the process by at least 30 minutes as we tested vehicle and had to hook up another trailer.
