have the staff listen to what the customer is saying. I told him it was going to be longer then a 24hr rental I would be dropping it off that late that evening or first thing in the morning but instaed I get a phone call telling me i'm a hr late and he needs the trailer well i'm at the race track 3 hrs away.

Originally booked for may 19, had to go to 3 different locations and then after 1 hour of driving around decided not to hunt an open location anymore. Rebooked for May 24.

They messed up my reservation and charged me as one way even though i picked up and dropped off at the same location. I brought it back early as i was told if i did i would only be charged for time used. I had it 24 hours and was charged 135 dollars. The 24 hour price was 49.95. I called in and never recieved a phone call back from uhaul. Overall my experience was awful and i would never and will never use or recommend uhaul to anyone i know. Instead i will be telling them what happened to me to ensure they do not use them either.

I showed up at 415 and we signed everything and he brought me to the truck. The windshield was full of ice and snow and he said he didn't have a snowbrush. So I had to let the truck run for 20-30 mins just to be able to clear the windshield! Then I go to reverse out and the wheels are spinning because it's stuck in deep snow and over sheets of ice! So I go back in and ask I he had a shovel and he comes to help but it's more because of the ice. He keeps trying to drive it out and just spins the wheels like crazy over and over. I asked if he had dirt or salt so he goes to get salt. I am now shoveling around the wheels. He throws some ice down but it's so thick. So he continues to try and drive and reverse it. It finally gets out after 45 mins! So I was the for over an hour. Most places I've been to have had the truck cleaned off, warmed up and waiting for me. It was terrible.



Closed trailer pricing is outrageous at all locations.

Opening at 12 noon on a Saturday? Really??!? The busiest moving day of the week?! Really??!? What are you people thinking??? The man working at this location was nice and the truck was practically new.

I don't think there's any improvements to be made in Renting the truck. It would be nice though to maybe pick up one or two trucks with handles somewhere around the door on the drivers side to make it easier to climb in. For people with canes that can still drive them. I will still pass on the great word on how pleasant the service was. I'll rent from you again if and when I need it again. Thanks again for the great first time experience

The interior of the trailer was coated in oil and we had to lay plastic over all of our furniture to ensure it wasn't covered in oil. The people helping me with the trailer knew nothing about trailers. It was very heavy and I could not do it on my own. One of the guys dropped the trailer on my hand and today I have a black finger as a result. I had to go home and get a smaller sized ball, only to find out later that the trailer could adjust to different ball sizes. It was also uncomfortable for me (as a lone woman) to return the trailer late at night knowing that they run events for exotic dancers and their customers in the same location in the evening. I ended up picking up my friend's husband to be there with me for my safety. I would not suggest this location to anyone

Make communication with the customer better when you have a problem. You said that you couldn't find the truck and had no video footage of me returning it yet I returned it to the location (with 2 witnesses) and then I kept being contacted asking where I returned it to. I then never received an update (that I requested) when the truck was found. Get your act together.

We arrived at 9pm at night and the place was dark and closed, had to really look for the address. Only thing that clarified it for me was the one other uhaul truck there, otherwise, easy to miss. Need better signage. What is OasisSound Bar ???? No café here.

Straps in trailer were not in greatest condition. Also the trailer brake was sticking almost housing a bad mishap.

I was not satisfied with my reservation. I ordered the moving truck on Friday by calling the main number 1-866-984-7079. The woman I spoke with was certainly very friendly to talk to but the problems started after I spoke with her. I told her I wanted a 15 foot truck and that I did NOT want a larger truck than this because I was concerned about reversing with a truck this large. I also told her I wanted to pick up the truck between 8am - 10am on Saturday. I found out later in the day after the call that the pickup time was noon, which was frustrating as it made it impossible to get everything done in time to pick up our 4 year old daughter before her bedtime that night. When I got to the Innisfil location Saturday afternoon, I found out the truck that I was getting was a 20 foot truck which again, I did not want as I was worried about reversing the truck into the driveways, It also appears that a 20 foot truck is more expensive to rent than a 15 foot truck. Again, I wanted a 15 foot truck and that was what I understood I was getting until I actually went to pick up the truck. Up until this point I was only upset with the Uhaul reservation system. I had no specific problem with the Innisfil Street location, until I realised Saturday afternoon once we started moving boxes from my Father's house, that the blankets I had ordered were not in the truck. We ended up having to borrow bedsheets and bedding from my fathers house to protect the furniture. Overall, I was not impressed. If a 15 foot truck was not available that day, and if the pickup time was noon, I should have been told at the time I was making the reservation., or at least told that they would do their best with the time and truck size, but that it was not guaranteed. Obviously it was frustrating to discover once at my father's house that there were not blankets in the truck.

The buildings front door was not clearly marked. Hours post on door was 12-6pm but doors were locked already 2pm. There was a small note on door saying "if door is locked call ### ### ####.The person who answered did not answer professionally but just said "hi" and seemed like I should just know to drop off trailer and put copy of contract in box on Wall. What if I didn't have contract with me?

What are terrible customer service experience in person. A positive customer service experience on the phone. 1. Called with a confirmation of PU at 12noon the day before. 2. Show up at location at 12noon to find it closed. A hand written note saying "back at 2pm". 3 other customers in the parking lot in the same position. 3. Call customer service. They find me another location quickly that is 5 mins away. 4. Arrive at location to sit in disgusting room while the owner screams at some other customer on the phone. I am treated as a nuisance and initially told to go away. When I say that "traffic" sent me there they tell me to wait. 5. Wait for 10 mins while they continue to yell at people on the phone and just generally complain about life. Then told I was informed there is no record of me picking up there. This is substantiated with nothing on their end. I substantiate my claims with emails and phone messages proving all my points. 6. They finally acknowledge and give me a truck. Say the fuel is 3/4 full. 7. I get in the truck and fuel is less than half. (And if you think I'm going back in that place for another 20 minutes to dispute this while they scream on the phone, you are wrong.) 8. I return it under this 3/4 amount and get a bill for $50. All in all, terrible customer service and bad experience overall. Would not recommend this location or U-Haul company to anyone who isn't look for the cheapest option.
