Thank you for all your help in getting me a truck on short notice after I booked with another vendor and they didn't have a truck ready for me. Lesson learned, I will always use UHaul in the future! Thanks again.

the services is great. my concern is about the gas. I exceed in filling up a gasoline almost full. when i get the truck is almost half of the tank. my question is if a customer accidentally fill up more gas on, why cannot be reimburse the excess or deduct to the total payment? but if the customer return the truck less gas i guess you will charge the customer. is that fair or not? I'm just asking only. thanks.

Booked at place on Anne St in Barrie last week. Uhaul called me Sunday to move my order to Able Shipping on Bryne Drive in Barrie. Waited 40minutes there this morning and no one was there, showed up or would answer their phone. Called Uhaul, they moved my order to Uhaul on Essa Rd and they were great. Still waiting on my $50 credit from the guy at Able Shipping Uhaul. He is a joke, second time this has happened to me with that guy.

I had one of the worst experience with reserving and trying to get a trailer. I ordered the trailer to be picked up at 43Anne St Barrie for 9 am. The call I received to confirm this from uhaul had me picking up at 53 Bradford St Barrie at 12:00pm. When I got to Bradofrd St at 11:30 the guy running the site said they were only open until 11 and he was late for church and left. I got no trailer from here. I called customer service and the person I talked to would not help me because she was in Windsor ON. Finally I talked to some one and he said I could get a trailer at 440 Essa Rd in Barrie. And then the guy there swiped my credit card at least 4-5 times until he finally called some one else and then they did the transaction. When I went to to let them know in Midland On where the trailer was being left off said that he need the paperwork printout from where I picked up the trailer but I did not receive any paperwork. When the trailer got dropped off they said they found my trailer # on the uhaul site. I spent extra money trying to locate a trailer and drive to different place to pick it up and the lack of respect from Bradford St location. I feel I should be compensated for my hassel

Representative didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They said we needed a cord to hook the lights up to the trailer which costs $16 but when we determined the vehicle wasn't able to tow the trailer and switched to a truck the cashier wouldn't perform a refund as they said the product was now considered used, even though it was brand new and the only difference was a rip in the plastic. I have worked in customer service and in my opinion the item should have been refunded as it could have easily been sold to the next customer who needed one without an issue.
