I booked my van nine days before it was needed. I was told 221 Mapleview was the pick up location. You had my email address and phone number the whole time. I had the app installed, and the day of pick up it said the same pick up location. We drove to 221 Mapleview the day of pick up, only for there to be not a single uHaul van on the lot. I called the business, and they said the vans had been moved to Divine Logistics. Absolutely no attempt was made by anyone involved with uHaul whatsoever to contact me before I wasted my time driving to 221 Mapleview, and I would not have found out about this new location at all had I not called. The app never updated the location. The person on the phone would not or could not tell me the address of the Divine Logistics where my van was (there are two Divine Logistics locations in town), which led to me having to go to both until someone told me where my van was. The Divine Logistics was on Bayfield literally on the opposite side of town from where I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, and because you chose not to communicate with me I wasted 45+ minutes driving to the south end and back, which in turn wasted the time of the people I had helping me move. I also ordered two dozen furniture pads and a dolly be included with the van, and when I got to Divine Logistics, they told me there was no dolly. Upon opening the van back, I discovered there were no furniture pads either, despite the fact that I gave you over a week in advance to procure these. This is unprofessional to the point of absurdity. I will not be using uHaul again.
ELISABETH SThe people I picked it up from were 20 minutes late, had no idea I was picking it up, had to drive me to another location and I had to remove a ton of snow and ice from it and let the heater run so the ice would melt from the windshield. They should have had it ready.
Scott BLot was not plowed from snow fall Location hours said 10 am the person did not show up till 11 then said to everyone we had to get r own trucks that were cover in snow and we had to get the truck out r selfs I got mine out but it took 1 hour of me rocking it back and forth cause of the snow
JASON WU-Haul needs to update information regarding this location's opening/closing hours. I had booked an in-person pick-up for 10:30 am on Saturday, but this location does not open until 11:00 am.
