It’s really really bad service, seem more like I’m begging for the equipment than renting it, of to wait about 15 to 45mins each time as the owner is never there and no one helps you to secure your trailer to your vehicle…

I was told one price per km and they doubled it on the bill

RHONDA LI booked a trailer at the Bradford street location. When I arrived no one was there. I called the number and was told that the trailer was broken. I should have been notified before driving to the location to pick it up. They told me to drive to the other location where there is another trailer. I then had to drive 20 min accross town to the 4spinz location. When I arrived, there was no number to call or anyone on site. When some one showed up 15 min later, I had to go through the whole rental process I completed online again. Making me even more late. Not happy with this experience what so ever.
BRUCE CThe employee had to stay late because I ran late to pick up my truck. This was not a problem they were really nice about it. I got there 15min after closing and they stayed open for an extra hour.
