The location and the owner and the truck were exceptional he called me asking if I would need assistance and I said no I could manage and he said if I needed anything to call him which was very nice. My issue was the app and its flaws with taking the pictures and not recognizing the truck in my camera I had to use the online chat in order to submit the pictures I was outside for almost an hour just playing around with angles of the camera. Other than that great owner and location!

The place stole $500 from me booked car trailer from Barrie ont to New Glasgow N.S cost me 800. Just checked to see going back to Barrie going to cost me 165 plus taxes and fees. Cmon

Vishan YThis location is just a shed with trucks parked around it, and I was dropping off after they closed for the day so the personnel question doesn't apply. The vehicles were parked in a disorganized manner, which made it difficult to figure out where to park. Instructions for self drop-off were covered with a misspelled "sorry we missed you" note that did not apply at that time.
