I must confess, the only thing that kept this recent U-Haul experience from reaching absolutely perfect (in my humble opinion), was the apparent loss of the loading ramp. It was really missed...TRUST THAT. As for the Management's part in this experience, they were totally awesome, I mean...you just got to love those girls. HELLO STORAGE gets a thumbs up from this contently satisfied U-HAUL customer.

There was no heavy duty equiptment dolly that I order when I made my reservation or blankets, I was told to go to a different location to get it. 800 east main street. There the guy had a attitude with what do you want me to do I don't have one. When I called the main line you wanted me to go pick one up if you found one.
