There was so much play in the wheel that I could almost turn it completely around and the wheels would not even move it was the roughest ride of a U-Haul that I have ever had I felt that it was unsafe I wouldn't even let my wife ride in the truck with me

the truck was clean reliable, something seemed a miss with the steering. their was a lot of play in the in the wheel. a customer in the office said it might be the tires? it was kinda like steering a block of Jello
