That was the most confusing rental process. I had to download the app and all that. Was it confusing, yes. Would I do it again, yes. But boy getting started kind of stunk.

Laziz KI have no issue, I was able to leave the equipment like an after hours drop. But I was there during business hours twice and was a little frustrated that I had no interaction with anyone. It's just a preference.
RONALD HHad some issues with APp as it could not find location but it is a newer site but otherwise help on the phone was quick and extremely helpful.
