Location was not open had to complete rental over to the phone needed a dolly was unable to get one. Location also doubled actual miles used and over charged. Use at your own risk and only if you have no other options.
Jerr DThis is a general comment on U-Haul, not on this location. When I picked up the truck and started driving the gas gauge dipped by about a quarter of a tank within a quarter of a mile. Of course, the same thing happened when I filled it on return, so had to pay a fuel penalty. If U-Haul is going to charge for gas, the gauges should be more precise. This is a classic issue with big tanks and older trucks.
