The person that owns that location was very rude. I did my reservation online, and he called me, wanted to know how I made my reservation, how I got the lock code, if I had paid already. He was extremely rude to another gentleman who had a reservation there as well. I won’t ever use that U-Haul location again

Kelsie KNever got my equipment. Mileage was never checked and incorrect so was charged extra on drop off was charged a cleaning fee when I cleaned everything before I brought it back. Absolutely horrible and leaving a yelp and google review as well. NEVER EVER USING UHAUL AGAIN AND WILL NOT SUGGEST IT. WILL ADVISE AGAINST IT!
