The pick up location were rude and would not help you access the truck. I had to call the 800 number to get access to the truck

Did not have truck available at the time had to wait 30 minutes for them to find one at a second location.. Was sent to second location where had to wait over an hour for rep to arrive. Was charged 3 times because of mix up of trucks and being assigned wrong truck at second location.
Jay CWhen a customer has a scheduled pick—up time someone should be there . We were supposed to get truck at 9:30,but after several phone calls ,and almost an hour later from the first call did anyone show up. Also we ordered moving blankets, but didn’t get one.
Mark GHave someone there at the scheduled pick up time. We waited an hour for someone to call back to give us instructions over the phone to get the key from the lock box after telling us someone was enroute to meet us there, completely unprofessional and they also changed our original site of pickup.
