I would like to comment on the cost of this rental. A rental from the Urbandale location from 2 weeks before this one, for approximately the same amount of days and mileage was significantly less expensive. This rental was sort of an urgent matter, so we didn't have time to review the amount until later. I would like an explanation.

Very clean and very friendly

Our pickup location was changed from a primarily U-Haul site to a site where U-Haul was an ancillary service - not the primary purpose of the establishment. People were friendly and helpful. I don't think there is much that would make sense to change given the makeup of the business.
