The whole process was extremely frustrating. First of all, my reservation was was initially made at the N. Main location but cancelled there because I was told that there were no 15' trucks available. I arrived at Big Toy World at 7:30am to pick up the truck. I had to call to get lock box instructions (even though I had selected 24/7 truckshare) then when I got them and went through the steps there was no key in the lock box. After another phone call to Uhaul and a total of 45 minutes sitting in the car trying to work it out I was then sent to the N. Main location to get a truck. Unbelievable. They had a 15' truck after all. At the N. Main location there was only one lady working at the counter, a line, and the system wasn't working. Super slow internet/systems made it take a ridiculously long time for me to get service. When it was finally my turn and she realized I was the "emergency client" sent over from another location she said it'd be fast to get my keys then realized she did not have my reservation information. When I was finally given the keys and went outside to get the truck it was blocked in by several other trucks and I had to go back in for additional assistance. Overall it took 3 phone calls, an hour and a half, and two locations in order to get my reserved truck. Getting a later start than I had planned, I had lost the help of my older brother who had to take his kids to a birthday party later in the morning. We only needed a few hours to move things but since an hour and a half of that time were taken up simply picking up keys to the truck the moving process took us much longer since my husband didn't have my brothers help with the furniture. I don't know that this is all the fault of Big Toy World. Partially it is also the fault of whoever cancelled my original reservation. On top of this, it ended up costing more than I anticipated. I don't understand why I have paid $188.10. The truck cost $98, the Safemove I added was $14, and I got a bill for an additional $59.40 that I do not know what it is for. Even so, this adds up to $171.40. How did this get to $188.10 as the bill indicates? Also, I don't think I should have to pay that much for the service I received that day. I'm extremely frustrated with Uhaul and do not plan to use this company in the future unless I get an explanation of the charges at the very least and preferably a discount for the frustrating situation we experienced on Saturday morning. I will say that each customer representative I spoke to was very kind. However, the number that I had to speak to and how difficult it was to resolve my issues and just hand me some keys was ridiculous. Please let me know if you can remedy this situation in any way.

We had a reservation, we got a email saying that it is confirmed that we will get the truck and when we went to pick up the truck the staff member said it is not for one way, when we did say we want one way and it was confirmed and they wasted 2 hours and then that didn't get any better there was a truck but all the way in Baytown and we were in Pasedena. So in short really bad service.
Customer service was great, the gentleman was extremely helpful
The hauler/dolly I rented would not accommodate the 2016 Nissan Maxima that I bought today, although the Uhaul website said that it would fit, so now I'm out $50.00 and have to Uber back to the dealership tomorrow to pick up my car. It was quite frustrating after dealing with the car buying process all day only to find out that I couldn't even get the car home. A refund would be great if that's at all possible.

These people at the main street location and the Highway 146 location were awesome.
Make sure there is someone there to do all the paperwork, on time. The people were 30 minutes late. This is not a good location for a uhaul rental place. Was not comfortable at this location.
