Provide info on how to secure trailer to a vehicle when you need to stay overnight at a hotel and the trailer is left unattended.
DARREL SCustomer service guy at the front desk was very very helpful even though u hauls system wasn’t working correctly. He called a couple times for us and got it figured out when our reservation was double booked and our truck was reserved for someone else even though we had made our reservation a week ahead of time. I didn’t catch his name but he was very nice and helpful. :)

Michael BIt wasn’t the location so much that was the issue it was the reservations and the rerouting and run around that we got and I will be asking for a refund or partial refund. I would love to speak to a higher up if you can direct me to who I need to speak too
