The van was not available at time scheduled, did not give feedback about delay. Did not honor the 100 free miles on van rental on mobile app. Dealer canceled my original reservation & rewrote the rent agreement for the 2nd pick up time so I made 2 trips and delayed getting my pick up order. Waste of time & money.
