The storefront associated with this site is closed. A sign on the door states the store is closed indefinitely with no projected opening date. Fortunately I had the U-Haul app installed and was able to check in per it's instructions. While not difficult it was very time consuming. The lock used to secure the truck key was a challenge as the combination could be entered on two different sides. Truck had very, very little gas and was consuming gas in this mountainous region and I had to find a gas station that was accessible with a truck. I would not recommend this place as a pickup location.

I mean, I’m honestly not sure if this is the location’s fault on this one, but I will say the fact that they changed my pick up location from Brownsville to Charleroi added a significant amount of mileage to my trip to the point where the $.20 discount that they gave me didn’t really make that much of the difference I don’t think And other than that. I also feel like the truck that I was using had a mechanical issue of some kind like perhaps a wheel bearing or just tire alignment in general as the U-Haul was consistently pulling to one side when I drove it.
