The people are not, customer orientated. The first gentleman that we met barely said two words until we were checked out and leaving. When we return the vehicle, the gal was coming on shift and was very nice. We were mischarged, the Area Field Manager fixed the charges and was very professional and kind. The AFM was stellar customer service
