Charged me for a door that was making noise when I picked it up even tho I paid for insurance he didn’t come out to van with me to check it out either just passed the keys over not impressed with the 163 charge for something I didn’t do

When I arrived to pick up the uhaul it was before open so I had planned to do mobile pick up. However there was no code for the lock box or anything it took us about 45 minutes to get the code and I was on a time crunch. This was a little stressful.
SAMUEL SI booked Uhaul for 4 hours from 10 am onwards .but shopkeeper did not open the store till afternoon ..i was in front of the store since morning ,called multiple times nobody picked up call my 60$ was wasted . I want my reimbursement
ABLE AMake sure the bay is clean for the next customer as well as making sure that the previous customer topped up the gas before returning the vehicle. I only drove 16 km and had to top the tank up with $37!!
BRETT BI am not pleased that I wasn't informed that, Patwari Pizza, didn't have an online Pick Up, so thst caused me extra mileage of 25 km. When I did the online check in at 1312 Bedford Hwy, I did not receive a code for the lock box and their hours changed so could not get in to inquire about getting assistance with thd lock box code. I should be refunded for the extra 25 km. I have another small move coming up, but will depend on refund if I use your service for that. I will say, the gentleman at 1312 Bedford Hwy was very pleasant and did his best to assist us, so he should be commended for that. Regards Yvonne Porter
